Butterfly Hospitality (HK) Limited is a member of the Chanco Investment Group and is one of the fastest growing boutique hotel chains in Hong Kong. Having launched and managed 6 hotels, the Group is working on opening more of the kind in the territory. 

We are now looking for high caliber, experienced and most importantly devoted & dedicated professionals for the following career opportunity.

Responsibilities :

• Provide full spectrum of secretarial support to Department Heads and administrative support to the Department;
• Maintain up-to-date documents filing record / system; 
• Handle business correspondence in an organized and efficient manner;
• Handle departmental expenses claims and reimbursement;
• Schedule appointments and meetings with internal and external parties;
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flights and hotel accommodation bookings;
• Perform other ad-hoc assignments.

Requirements :

• Certificate / Diploma or above in Business Administration or other related disciplines;
• Proficiency in MS Office;
• Attention to details, well organized and able to work independently;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
