Responsibilities:

• Assist our Admission Officer to manage all enrolments to the School
• Handle telephone / email inquiries relates to admissions, waiting lists, rejected applications and any other school information
• Strictly follow pre-set procedures and workflows and complete the job in a follow-up and follow-through manner
• Translate school circulars
• Design & support graphic materials for circulars, poster, web site etc
• Support our Operations Officer in running the daily operations and needs of the school
• Support our Senior Manager of Operators with Ad Hoc projects to support the Operations Team
• Provide coverage for Administrator, Operations Officer and Admissions Officer

Job Requirements:

• Form 6 or above, cert / diploma holder preferred
• Positive attitude, energetic, good presentation skill and enjoys the surrounding of children
• Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work effectively under pressure.
• Good Communication skills
• Good English and Chinese speaking and writing skills
• Previous experience in education sector is a definite advantage.
• Proficient in PC applications and Chinese word processing
