Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with assigned business divisions to build a strong team for continuous business growth.
  • Maintain full spectrum of Human Resources functions for Hong Kong, including talent acquisition, performance management, talent management and employee relations.
  • Assist the HR leader to develop and implement HR strategies, policies and procedures Review.
  • Analyze HR issues according to manpower budget, business strategy, operating needs and legal/compliance requirements so as to provide advisory support and recommend HR solutions to the business management team.
  • Implement effective hiring practices for recruiting the right talent for positions.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data quality in HR systems.
  • Facilitate training and development initiatives including trainee programs and succession planning to ensure the right talent in place for meeting the business needs.
  • Support to develop and maintain employee communication and relations programs which drive Company culture / objectives.
  • Execute HR ad hoc projects.
  • Regular visit to Tin Shui Wai Distribution Centre.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree or above; with minimum of 5 years’ HR experience in a sizable organization.
  • Solid understanding of HR fundamentals – recruitment, learning and development, compensation and benefits.
  • Sound knowledge of local law & labour regulations and market best practice.
  • Strong communication & fluency in English, interpersonal and presentation skills.
  • Understands the value of human resources from a business perspective and able to tell such ideas to various line managers.
  • Able to handle multi-task, manage time effectively and perform under pressure.
  • Good problem solving skills, able to identify problems and provide solutions.
  • Able to manage good peer relationships with open and cross-culture minded.
