Job Duties:

• Greeting guests, answering or referring incoming calls and clarify customers’ inquiries in a professional manner
• Provide refreshments for guests
• Organize conference and meeting room bookings
• Arrange couriers and mailing services
• Assist in internal and external event management
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Ensure reception and meeting area are in proper order
• Assist in all-round office co-ordination and office utilities
• Perform any ad hoc assignments

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder in business administration or related discipline
• Good command spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Relevant working experience is an advantage
• Responsible, customer oriented, detail-minded and multitasking
• Knowledge of Chinese word processing
