Duties include but not limited to:

• Prepare Trademark registration documents, correspondence, and reports e.g. search report, filing report, publication report, report on issuance of registration certificate
• Provide daily support to IP Support Team and IP Consultant Team in ad-hoc tasks, including Trademark search for client;
• Provide general administration support to the IP team;
• Manage trademark registration and renewals;
• Assist in trademarks / patents prosecution and compliance activities; 
• Database management -maintain clients' records/ information in our database for further reference;
• Other duties as assigned by supervisors;
• Responding to Trademark’s Office Action;

Requirements:

• Degree or above education background;
• Well-organized, adaptable, strong communication, interpersonal, result-oriented, attention-to-details, and high working standard;
• A good team player and able to well collaborate with others as well as work individually under pressure to meet agreed timeline and/or goals;
• Proficient in MS Office and Word Processing (including Chinese typing);
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin will be an advantage;
• Previous experience in a law firm or with law knowledge, particularly in the trademark registration area is an advantage;
• Fresh graduates with passion in Intellectual Property will be considered;
