Requirements

• Diploma holder
• at least 1 year clerical working experience
• 1-2 years related working experience in programming e.g. C#, MSSQL, Web Design/Development is an advantage
• Hands on experience in CRM and / or ERP is an advantage 
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent command of PC skills (MS Excel, Word and Chinese Word Processing)
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Positive working attitude, hardworking, meticulous and responsible
• A good team player
• Employment period: 4 - 6 months with full time (09:00 - 18:00)

Responsibilities

• Assist to prepare and maintain system documentation in Simplified Chinese and English
• Assist to prepare training to users and maintain user manuals
• Provide clerical works (e.g. data entry, coping, scanning, filing, etc.) for various departments
• Other ad-hoc assignments as required
