Responsibilities:

• Participant in the full cycle of recruitment agency activities, including job advertisement, screen and evaluate candidates, shortlist and conduct interviews, prepare candidate’s profile;
• Introduce, promote and develop our professional services to potential clients;
• Networking, maintaining good relationship and providing professional advices to both clients and candidates;
• Manage and follow up visa application and renewal cases;
• Prepare monthly business reports to management.

Requirements：

• Degree holder, with experience in Recruitment Agency, HR or Sales & Marketing field;
• Creative, patient, well-organized with strong sense of accountability and high accuracy;
• A detail-minded team player with strong communication skills;
• Willing to learn, able to work independently and under tight deadlines;
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is preferred;
• Excellent in Microsoft applications and Chinese word processing.  IT/HRIS knowledge is an advantage;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
