Responsibilities

The incumbent is required to perform as professional business partner and carry out a full and end-to-end spectrum of Human Resources functions, including but not limited to liaison with internal business partners and external parties, end to end recruitment & selection, performance management, staff movement, employee relations, payroll administration, review or develop HR policies for business development and any ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma holder or above in HR Management or relevant disciplines
• Over 5 years experience in Human Resources, preferably in Hospitality / Catering / Retail industry
• Well conversant in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF regulations & related legislations
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applicant & Chinese Word Processing
• Self-motivated, outgoing, innovative, independent and well-organized
• Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese
