Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Perform full cycle of recruitment process include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, making offers and on boarding process
- Prepare offer letter, employment contract and other HR correspondence
- Plan and execute recruitment activities such as job fairs
- Build strong relationship with hiring managers and external parties
- Drive the continual development of resourcing channels, attraction strategies, assessment methods, employer brand and selection processes
- Other ad-hoc projects assigned
Requirements:
- Degree holder in HRM or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on recruitment experience on junior to senior positions, solid experience in mass recruitment or labor intensive industry is preferred
- Well-versed in HK Employment Ordinances
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Strong sense of responsibility and able to work independently
- Mature, self-motivated, independent, organized and good interpersonal skills
- Immediately available is an advantage
