Job Description
- International health care company
- HR generalist role for HK office
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
Job Duties:
- Post job advertisements, arrange interviews and coordinate on/ off boarding activities
- Manage staff attendance record & benefit administration
- Handle staffs enquiries and maintain close employee relations
- Maintain internal filling system and prepare HR reports
- Organize induction program for new joiners
- Assist in ad hoc projects as per requested
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 1 year of HR experiences
- Efficient, flexible and with good learning attitude
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel
- Good command of written & spoken English & Chinese
