Job Description

1. Executive Assistant (9-month Contract)

Duties:

- To assist in planning works projects including design, implementation program and cost estimates

- To provide administrative support to the planning teams

- To draft committee papers on works projects

- To assist in monitoring works progress of projects under construction, to update works progress reports

- To ensure the projects would be completed and handed over properly

- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 5:33 pm

 

Requirements:

- Degree holder with Grade C or above in Chinese Language and English Language (Syl. B) in HKCEE or equivalent

- Obtained Level 2 in Use of English and Use of Chinese in Common Recruitment Examination (CRE) also acceptable

- at least 3 years' post-qualification working experience

 

2. Clerical Assistant

 

Duties:

- To work in Government building in Fanling/Yuen Long/Shatin

- To assist the Project Manager in all kind of administrative tasks

- To assist in prepare paper works related to land management

- To assist in handling public enquiries and complaint

- To perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager

- Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:45 am to 5:33 pm

- No overtime work

- Gain working experience to become Lands Inspector in Government

 

 

Requirements:

- Level 3 or above in 5 subjects in HKDSE; or

- Grade E or above in 2 subjects in HKALE.

- Fresh graduates of degree holders are welcome

 

3. Clerk (Short Contract)

Duties:

- Data input, record management, vetting applications, receipt and dispatch

- providing clerical support in recruitment and appointment exercises

- handling enquiries from general public

- Working hours: Mon to Fri 9:00 am to 5:45 pm

Requirement:

- Completed F.5 or equivalent; preferably with Level 2 or above in Chinese Language and English Language in HKDSE or HKCEE

- Working experience in Government department is a MUST
