RBWM Chief Operating Office

We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as Senior Collections Clerk.

Principal responsibilities

• Perform dunning calls to collect delinquent account balances and minimize bad debt losses
• Negotiate with customers of delinquent account for debt repayment
• Assist in compiling MIS reports and performing User Acceptance Test on system enhancement and development
• Provide administrative support to debt collection operations

Requirements

• Completed HKCEE / HKDSE with at least five subjects at Grade E / Level 2 / "Attained" or above including Chinese, English and Mathematics
• Strong self-motivation, with ability to work independently and under pressure
• Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
• Good knowledge of application software such as MS Word, Excel and Access
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese, with fluency in Putonghua an advantage
• Candidates with prior telemarketing or call centre exposure are welcome to apply
• Great sense of ownership and servicing mindset to ensure efficient and effective customer service processes
