Our client is a market leader in F&B sector. To cope with line expansion, they are inviting a high caliber to join the Human Resources Team.

Responsibilities:

• Reporting to Business Unit Head and lead a small team to provide leadership and HR solutions in supporting the assigned business units.
• Formulate strategies to tackle all areas including manpower planning, C&B, employee relations, training, talent management, succession planning etc.
• Act as a business partner to business unit heads to understand their needs and provide insightful strategies to address HR issues.
• Work closely with HR department on budgeting, recruitment, payroll, employee relations and other HR matters.
• Roll out HR policies and ad hoc project according according to corporate direction.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Human Resources or related discipline.
• Minimum 8 years experience in HR with 4 years in managerial level gained from FMCG, Retail or F&B industry.
• Articulate and strong business sense. Able to communicate well to all levels.
• Energetic, proactive and passionate with a "can-do" attitude.
• Very Good command in Chinese and English.
