Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Business Studies or related disciplines
  • 4-5 years solid experience in secretarial and general administration
  • Previous experience in sizable company with multicultural environment
  • Well-organized, adaptable, self-motivated with good interpersonal skills
  • Conversant with computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese WP
  • Proficient in communication of both spoken and written English
  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform full secretarial and administrative support to senior management
  • Handle calendar management and arrange daily schedules and appointments
  • Prepare meeting materials, PowerPoint presentation and monthly analysis reports
  • Responsible for travel arrangement, flight and hotel booking, expenses claims etc
  • Participate in meetings arrangement, events coordination and ad hoc projects
