Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain the roster, attendance and leave records in HRIS
• Maintain staff personal files and filing systems in an orderly manner
• Assist in the implementation of new HRIS system 
• Provide clerical support in daily operations of HR Division and perform ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Form 5 or above
• Minimum 1 year of administrative experience, with HR exposure is an advantage
• Good command of computer knowledge, proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal skill, detail-oriented, multi-tasked and well-organized, willing to learn and able to work under pressure
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Immediate availability preferred
