Requirements

• Bachelor Degree of Human Resources Management or equivalent
• 5-6 years human resources experience with focus on recruitment functions
• Experience in hiring and sourcing candidates with different channels
• Self-motivated, energetic, well-organized with good communication skills
• Prioritize, detail-oriented, pleasant personality and good team player
• Well-versed in MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Good communication of both spoken and written English
• Immediate available is a definite advantage

Responsibilities

• Manage end to end recruitment cycle from job advertisement posting, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, job offering to on-boarding logistics
• Develop effective hiring channels to ensure the recruitment practices are conducted in a professional and timely manner
• Communicate with line managers to identify the recruitment needs and requirements
• Work as a business partner and provide professional HR advices to different business units
• Responsible for organizing campus recruitment day and preparing HR reports/statistics
