Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the team in end-to-end recruitment cycle including but not limited to job advertisement posting and staff onboarding preparation
- Provide support in coordinating and executing staff activities and training event
- Handle training record administration and conduct staff orientation programme
- Work closely with all HR team members to ensure smooth HR operations
- Handle ad hoc projects as required
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in sizable organization preferably in banking industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, multi-tasking and able to work independently
- Proficient in application of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
- Excellent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
