Job Description
Duties
- Provide clerical support to the team. Duties include but not limited to, mail dispatch, document distribution and registration, photocopying, binding of reports, scanning documents, filing,archiving, typing etc.
Requirements
- Form 5 / DSE or above with general administration experience;
- Minimum 1 year working experience;
- Computer skills including MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word, etc.;
- Good command of spoken English and Cantonese;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Fresh graduates will also be considered
