Responsibilities:

• Leading a team of 2 to manage all HR Operations and C&B topics for 700 colleagues in Hong Kong
• Managing new joiners, payroll provider, all employee data, monetary benefits, performance ratings, time & attendance and leavers processes
• Using SAP HR for daily operations
• Providing regular, detailed and accurate reports
• Advising and supporting HR operations and C&B in China and South Asia
• Leading on annual pay review and bonus, including salary surveys
• Working closely with other HR specialists on cross-functional projects (Recruitment, Learning & Development, Systems, CSR, Comms)

Requirements:

• Should have experience working in a Hong Kong based fast paced environment and be comfortable with change
  
• Experience in the sourcing industry is an advantage
• Have a deep understanding of all HR operations and C&B matters
• Experience leading on salary surveys is essential
• Excellent Excel Skills required for reporting
• Management experience required
• Strong English language skills required, Cantonese is an advantage
• Experience of being involved in HR Operations in China and South Asia is a benefit
