The Job

• Process and handle documents according to general procedures and standards.
• Maintain and update records and filling systems.
• Provide administration and clerical support in the team such as arranging recruitment interviews and assist in ad hoc projects when necessary.

The Person

• Minimum 5 passes in HKCEE including English (Syllabus B) and Chinese Language OR 5 subjects obtained Level 2 or above in HKDSEE, including English and Chinese.
• Minimum 1 year's work experience.
• Knowledge of MS Windows application, e.g. Excel, Word and Chinese Word processing.
• Good interpersonal skill, dedicated to work and detail-oriented.
