Job Description

Requirements:

F.7 or above
4 - 5 years customer services / front desk services experience
Good telephone etiquette and strong interpersonal skills
Pleasant personality and initiative
Self-disciplined, responsible, well-organized and able to be multi-tasking
Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Proficient PC skills in MS Office
Assist for HR & Administration duties
Familiar with Air ticketing on-line booking, Visa application experience(for overseas staff / China staff)
