Responsibilities

• Handle office administration duties including office maintenance, relocation and movement
• Regularly update analytical reports for management review 
• Closely communicate and cooperate with other departments and branches
• Perform general reception duties, visitors greeting when necessary
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or above in Business Administration
• 6 years or above relevant working experience
• Self-motivated, well organized with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Familiar with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
