Job Responsibilities:

• Assist the department head and provide administrative support to Retail Operations Team
• Conduct internal audit on procedures so as to smooth the daily operations
• Collect, integrate and analyze sales data for management review
• Administer inter-shop communications and other activities to ensure smooth running in daily management
• Support periodical stock count activities and facilities management
• Participate in ad-hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• F. 7 / Diploma holder in Services Operations, Business Administration or related discipline
• 1-2 years experience in retail operations, merchandising, customer services or relevant industry
• Proactive, organized and detail-minded
• Perform duties beyond office hour and able to work under pressure
• Moderate in both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Familiar with and MS Offices & Chinese Word Processing
• Immediately available preferable
