The Job

We are looking for an energetic and fast-learning individual who would like to engage in a challenging role that requires multi-tasking and working on different tasks for the Head of Marketing and Operations. The successful candidate will be trained to work on the following tasks:

Operation Project Support: This includes supporting different functions in the pre-employment screening and employee engagement survey team. You may be required to conduct phone interviews with candidate, data researches, report writing, data analytics and different survey project support.

Internal Process Improvement Project Support: The mission is to assist different department heads to work on projects that will improve the current workflow.

Marketing Project Management: This ranges from strategic marketing to event marketing and digital marketing. You will be assigned to take on different projects based on the needs of the team.

The successful candidate will most likely be taking on the Operation Project Support role first and gradually take on the other responsibilities once they are familiar with the organization and industry.

• Capable to multi-task and work on multiple projects at the same time
• Able to stay focused and strong in project execution
• Be open-minded in new ideas and prepared to learn new knowledge
• Willing to take on a supportive role for different projects
• Detail oriented mindset
• Enjoy working in a fast-paced, small team and dynamic environment
