Receptionist ( 5-days work, salary + discretionary annual bonus )

Responsibilities

• Handling reception duties, such as greeting visitors, telephone, courier services
• Support for company's documents, incoming and outgoing e-mail, Responsible for the company’s documents, email and office supplies management.
• Mantain good office environment to ensure a smooth running operation in the office.
• Assist on basic HR and Accounting functions.
• Support in other administratative duties as required 
• Other jobs assigned by the superior as required

Requirments:

• Higher Diploma or above with 1-2 years working experience is preferred  
  (Fresh graduate are welcomed)
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and sporken English and Chinese, and also Mandarin
• Self-motivated and responsibility
