Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in reviewing existing policies, guidelines and procedures for sales operations and marketing activities, logistics and other daily matters in upgrading the management effectiveness
  • Provide support for the formulation and implementation of operational initiatives to drive front line sales team excellence
  • Prepare reports and sales analysis
  • Communicate closely with supporting departments and front line sales team
  • Provide administrative support to both front line and back office departments
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects and events

 

Requirements:

  • F.5 or above
  • At least 2 years relevant working experience, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open minded in ongoing changing environment
  • Immediate available is preferred
