Responsibilities

• The incumbent will provide full spectrum of HR services including but not limited to staffing, C&B, performance management and staff relations 

 Requirements

• Degree holder in HR, Business Administration or other related discipline with a minimum of 6 years as an all-rounder
• Must be good in presentation, have a strong numerical sense and be able to prepare accurate analysis as and when required
• A good team player, proactive, capable of multi-tasking with a can-do working attitude
• Experience in HRIS is a must, MRC an advantage
• Knowledgeable in Employment, MPF and HR related Ordinances
• Proficient in MS Office including Chinese WP
• Good command of written/spoken English and Chinese with conversational Mandarin
• Candidates without stable track record will not be considered
