Our client is an international well-known company is now inviting a high caliber Assistant HR Manager (C&B) to supervise the implementation of compensation and benefits programs in accordance with the company’s reward strategy. 

• Plan and administer the annual bonus and salary review process for central services office and China plants.
• Support and facilitate salary budget planning and proposals review for China operating companies.
• Produce salary proposals, provide recommendations on salary packages, educate and liaise with HR counterparts on salary management in accordance with the company’s reward strategy and policy.
• Plan and support on the annual renewal of China employee benefit program, liaise with external vendors to ensure quality service are provided
• Support in the review and forming of C&B policies and guidelines, e.g. salary structure and pay review policy etc.
• Plan and coordinate market survey participation, compile and analyze survey data, and keep abreast of external market pay trend
• Conduct pay analysis and market bench-marking
• Involve and support in ad-hoc C&B projects and initiatives, e.g. job sizing, incentive scheme review etc.

Ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline; with minimum 6 years in HR with solid experience in C&B, and China exposure; highly proficient in using MS Excel and PowerPoint.  Strong analytical skill and detail oriented; good communication and interpersonal skills; business travel based on business needs may required.
