Responsibilities

• Receive and sort mails, co-mails, fax, and deliveries
• Make reservation and control use of conference rooms
• Provide administrative support
• Answer telephone and direct calls
• Coordinate and organize ad-hoc projects
• Greet clients, visitors, and staff members

Requirements

• Degree holder
• Minimum 2 years of work experience in customer service or administration work, relative working experience in hospitality industry will be preferred
• Proficient PC skills (e.g. MS Office, Chinese word processing)
• Proactive and proficient in customer service and possess good telephone manner
• Excellent communication level in English and Chinese, mandarin is a must
• Responsible, benevolent, cheerful, mature
