Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years experience in property maintenance and facilities management;
• Holder of Certificate or Diploma or above in Building or Engineering related discipline;
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Work and Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate is preferred;
• Responsible for handling building maintenance and repair works, liaising with and monitoring contractors' work and preparing quotations and reports;
• Provide technical support to the Technical Team;
• Self motivated, mature and able to work independently;
• Immediately available is preferred;
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Technical Officer.
