 We are looking for an energetic, positive and detail-minded individual

to join our thriving team.

 

Key Duties

  • Responsible for assisting with personnel administration, office setups, purchasing and coordinating office operations
  • Answering of central phone calls/emails/ customer liaison
  • Coordinate staff recruitment and retail operation matters
  • Liaise with HQ team, operations and other administrative work
  • Knowledge of labor legislation
  • Must be independent, have initiative and a sense of responsibility
  • The flexibility to work irregular hours if there are events
  • Enjoying working with people

 

Requirements

  • Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Excellent communications skills both written and verbal (English & Putonghua included)
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Min. 3 years relevant work experiences required
