Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, positive and detail-minded individual
to join our thriving team.
Key Duties
- Responsible for assisting with personnel administration, office setups, purchasing and coordinating office operations
- Answering of central phone calls/emails/ customer liaison
- Coordinate staff recruitment and retail operation matters
- Liaise with HQ team, operations and other administrative work
- Knowledge of labor legislation
- Must be independent, have initiative and a sense of responsibility
- The flexibility to work irregular hours if there are events
- Enjoying working with people
Requirements
- Diploma/ Higher Diploma/ Bachelor’s Degree
- Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications
- Excellent communications skills both written and verbal (English & Putonghua included)
- Strong organizational skills
- Min. 3 years relevant work experiences required
