Responsibilities:

Partner with the organizational leaders to :

• Devise people related policies and guidelines to achieve best outcome for the organization, such as hiring, compensation and benefit scheme, feedback mechanism, talent and succession plan
• Design engagement programs to foster positive attitude and open mindset
• Develop inspiring learning and development programs to exploit talent potential and help people grow
• Provide leadership and manage People & Organization Team in HK and China
• Perform ad hoc projects assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

• An energetic and people-oriented person
• Good listener, open minded, embrace positive thinking and behavior
• Solid experience in executing various HR policies; experience in running people enrichment program would be an advantage
• Attention to details
• Good communication and people skills
• Well-versed with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance.
• Knowledge of the Mainland Labor Ordinance and HR practices is a plus
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Willing to travel occasionally
• Immediate available would be an advantage
