- Job Description
- Handling Telephone & e-mail enquirers 営業アシスタント（電話応対、メール対応）
- Business trip with colleague to Japan, Taiwan, China.
Translation supporting and meeting minutes creating. (メーカーエンジニアと同行、議事録作成、通訳業務等) - Assist in sales contract, purchase order and invoice 貿易書類作成（INVOICE、PACKINGLISTの作成）
- communicate with logistic supplier 運送業者の手配
- Location:Wan Chai 勤務地：湾仔
- Probation:3 months 3ヶ月
- First 1 or 2 months will be locate in Taiwan and Japan for training 入社1ヶ月～2ヶ月は台湾、日本で研修
- Offer 給与:
- HKD 12,000-16,000
- 12 months + Bonus (Depend on Turnover, Not guarantee) 12ヶ月 + bonus offer (not guarantee)
- Full time, (AM 09:00~PM 18:00) 勤務時間：9：00-18：00
- Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and Hong Kong National holiday 休日：土日、香港祝日
- Qualifications 資格
- Diploma degree 大学卒業
- Fluently Mandarin and shall have ability to read and speak Japanese but no need to be native speaker. ネイティブ中国語。日本語が少し話せる事（仕事をしながら覚えますので、ネイティブに話せなくても問題ありません）
