Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer services to internal stakeholders, external clients and business contacts
• Handle client enquiries to provide effective solutions
• Assist in placing dealing orders for HK and different overseas securities markets
• Provide administrative support to Department Heads and team members
• Assist in preparing business related documents
• Willing to handle other ad hoc duties when necessary

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance, Banking, Economic, Business Administration or related discipline
• Holder of SFC Regulated Activity Type 1 License preferred
• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience in HK and overseas securities markets
• Knowledge of stocks, futures and options in HK and Global markets
• Proactive, customer-oriented and responsible
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in computer skills
