• Provide professional advice on different banking and investment products to potential customers;
• Provide accurate and quality customer service to meet branch service goals;
• Perform regular customer contact and portfolio review;
• Build and develop relationship with core customers through analyzing customers needs.

Requirements:

• Holder of higher diploma/associate degree or above;
• Some customer service or relevant experience would be an advantage;
• Good knowledge of banking and investment products;
• Good service orientation and attentive to details;
