Accounts & Administration Officer (Job ID: 1486)

Responsibilities:

• Handle customers’ enquiries on securities account related matters
• Conduct regular customer review and customer due diligence regarding to AML, FATCA and CRS guidance for the existing customers
• Prepare various financial and trading statistics reports as required
• Perform daily accounting and processing of operating expenses
• Provide office administration support and handle any ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisors

Requirements:

• Degree or Higher Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
• Minimum 2 years’ working experience in securities or banking industry
• Have knowledge in securities industry with understanding of relevant practice, rules and regulations in SEHK and SFC
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
• Good knowledge of MS Office

(Candidate with less working experiences will be considered as Accounts & Administration Clerk)
