Sales and Marketing Manager (Job ID: 1557)

Responsibilities:

• To formulate and implement strategies and initiatives for securities business development
• To coordinate and provide support to new product development projects
• To monitor the business performance of product and optimize the channel mix
• To liaise with other internal departments to accomplish marketing campaigns, promotion activities and cross-selling activities
• To gather market intelligence and conduct survey on pricing strategies
• To prepare proposals on pricing and marketing programs
• To arrange and coordinate trainings to frontline staff
• To participate in ad hoc tasks and special assignments as requested

Requirements:

• University graduate, preferably major in Marketing, Business or Finance
• Minimum of 5 years’ working experience in securities broking business or retail banking business
• Pass in the Hong Kong Securities Institute Licensing Examination or an Exempted / Qualified Securities Dealer an advantage
• Sound knowledge of sales & marketing and securities products and services
• Good understanding of relevant rules and regulations of the regulatory bodies
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and risk awareness
• Self-motivated, result-oriented and able to work under pressure
• A good team leader with positive working attitudes
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua a plus
