Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist banks or other financial institutions to follow up the customers’ inquiries and arrangement of outstanding debt settlement
- Contact customers by phone calls on collecting the payment
- Complete the daily assigned files by day end
- Update accounts status into system for record
Requirements:
- Form Five or above
- Experience in customer service/ account management is an advantage
- Good interpersonal, negotiation and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills and phone manner.
- Familiar with PC applications
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
