Job Description
We are searching on behalf of a major bank for a few Assistant Business Analysts / Business Analysts to work on Core Banking System Implementation Project. Core Banking Systems include Current Accounts, Saving Accounts, Timed Deposit, Loans, Customer Information System, etc.
Responsibilities:
- Perform business analysis for core banking systems
- Gather user requirements and translate into functional specifications & documentations
- Act as the key interface between business users and technical developers
- Prepare test plans and test cases
- Coordinate with users on User Acceptance Test & training
- Assist in project implementation & delivery
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Studies or Computer Science or related discipline
- 1+ year relevant working experience in bank is an advantage
- Sound business knowledge in core banking products
- Excellent communication skills with strong Chinese report writing skill
- A desire to work as a business analyst in IT department
- Fresh graduate is also welcome
