Responsibilities 

• Supervise dealing team on execution and operation, including order taking, positions hedging, and day-end processes
• Monitor clients’ positions and margin status and inform related parties on abnormality
• Monitor and manage the stability and effectiveness of dealing platforms
• Coordinate with other business units (internal and external) to run the operation smoothly
• Ensure operation efficiency, compliance and risk management by continuously reviewing overall practice of the team

Requirements 

• Degree holder in Banking/Finance or any related discipline
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experience in financial industry, with 1 to 2 years’ experience at supervisory level
• Holder of SFC licences for Type 1, 2 and Type 3 regulated activities
• Familiar with local and global financial markets, including equities, forex, bullion and commodities futures, etc.
• Strong ownership, leadership and problem solving skills
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese. Fluency in Putonghua an advantage.
• Shift duty required
