Responsibilities

• On-the-job training to establish industry and market knowledge

• Provide quality customer services through counter transactions

• Handle account withdrawals and transfers

• Identify customer objectives, promote and cross-sell bank products

• Escalate feedback from high net-worth clients

• Apply techniques in business development, account servicing, sales and customer service

• Complete reports and assist in administrative work

   

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in any discipline

• Recent graduates are welcome

• 1 year of working experiences in hotline or customer service

• Strong client relationship management mindset is mandatory

• Customer-centric with good manner and effective communication skills

• Native in Cantonese, Fluent in English and Mandarin
