Job Description
職責
- 以專業態度解答客戶的電話查詢及投訴；
- 跟進來自電話、電郵、微信及QQ等社交媒體的客戶查詢，以提供卓越的客戶服務；
- 處理文書工作，包括檢查開戶文件；
- 需輪班工作（星期一至五，每天九小時，時段為上午9:00至晚上8:00）。
職位要求
- 文憑或以上，主修金融/ 銀行/ 客戶服務優先；
- 1年或以上相關經驗；
- 必須能操普通話，粵語及英語；
- 熟悉MS Office及中英文電腦輸入；
- 有較多經驗者會被考慮為高級客戶服務主任；
- 可即時上班者優先考慮。
