Our client is an US based Banking corporation provides a full range of banking products for business and personal needs is seeking for a Business Manager to support their daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and co-ordinate governance of the Asia Electronic Execution business
• Prepare monthly business metrics and monthly EEG packs ( Electronic Execution Governance Committee)
• Partner with compliance, technology etc. to remediate any regulatory issues on behalf of the business
• Manage any regulatory or Audit Corrective Action Plans in relation to Electronic & Algorithmic Trading
• Implement any new regional regulations into the business – establish controls and monitoring procedures etc. 
• Assist and prepare monthly control reports and business strategy presentations for senior management in relation to Lo Touch / Electronic Trading
• Manage related projects e.g. New Product Assessments for any lo touch strategic initiatives ( including Quantitative Prime Brokerage) as well as any regulatory related projects
• Represent the business during internal audits and regulatory reviews

Skills:

• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Deep understanding and experience with Hong Kong SFC Algorithmic Trading and Dark Pool regulations
• Front to back knowledge of cash equity trade flows
• Strong Powerpoint and Excel skills
• Mandarin would be beneficial, as well as an understanding of the  China QFII system

Qualifications / Experience

• Degree qualification
• Minimum 10 years working experience in Equities, Compliance, Product Control, Audit or Middle Office
