Our client is an international bank currently inviting applications for experienced Banking Insurance Specialist to serve in bank’s branch network.

Responsibilities

• Organize, develop and deliver professional training to branch sales, which includes product training and selling skills workshop
• Collaborate with Relationship Manager in Branch to provide insurance planning services to customer for uplifting sales performance
• Build and develop good relationship and trust with all levels of bank staff to achieve the business goal.
• Assist Team head to analyse market environment and competitor strategies in order to recommend appropriate business tactics.

Requirement 

• University graduate
• At least 5 years of work experience in banking/ finance industry
• Extensive knowledge on insurance products and services
• Strong sales track record is preferred
• Bancassurance / banking experience is an advantage
• Good communication, interpersonal and selling skills
• Possess IIQE qualification is a must
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
