Job Description:

• Leading the mortgage team
• Responsible for planning and managing mortgage loan portfolio of approximately HK$1 billion
• Implementing and modifying mortgage operation system
• Cultivating and maintaining business relationships with customers
• Driving the mortgage business and generating revenue
• Reviewing and assessing mortgage loan applications

 Job Requirement:

• Degree holder or higher qualifications
• At least 5 years’ experience in finance/banking/property industry is an advantage with proven track records
• Strong potential clients network
• Strong communication, presentation and leadership skills
• Aggressive, proactive and outgoing personality
• Proficiency in using MS Office application (e.g. Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word
• Processing
