The Finance Manager is assisting the Project Director to work on a 5 billions construction project with a Chinese listed company.

We are looking for an individual who can bring together the role of general office management, book keeping, ensuring that accounting procedures and financial reporting, and also present as the key face of the business in Asia.

The successful candidate will be a key partner to the Business Director of Asia Pacific.

• Responsibilities include providing comprehensive financial support through the interpretation of business results and initiating control to improve financial performance of the group business.

• Responsible for all accounts payable, receivables P&L and Balance Sheets. Keep accurate accounting records (Invoices, payment records, expenses, petty cash record, etc.) and maintain an organized filing system
• Participate in monthly performance analysis, quarterly forecast, and annual operating plan.

• Provide value-added business and financial analysis to management and act as a liaison between group offices and countries in the Asia Pacific region.

• In addition, this role will also be responsible for developing and maintaining a strong and effective internal control environment.

• Carry out ad-hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance 

• 5+ years in relevant accounting Experience. Experience with start-up business is preferable.
