• Lead a team to explore new business opportunities and actively participate in the marketing and provide professional financial solutions in areas of acquisition financing, leveraged financing, asset backed financing, cross-border financing, pre-IPO financing, aircraft financing, syndication, project finance, etc.
• Conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals with persuasive and objective arguments
• Advice team members to conduct credit analysis and prepare sound credit proposals
• Degree holder or above in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in related aspects
• Strong credit analysis and risk management skills as well as ability to analyse and make sound judgments on complex financial information, good knowledge on HK and PRC financial markets and the related regulations, familiar with statistics and cashflow projection and modeling
• Independent, outgoing, pleasant and self-disciplined personality, willing to work under pressure and meet deadlines, and a good team leader
• Passes in MPF, Insurance & Securities Intermediaries Examinations (Qualified under SFO for handling Regulated Activities Types 1, 4) is an advantage
