• Act in the role as owner of electronic payment systems for retail banking
• Identify and implement enhancements or changes in electronic payment systems arising from industry or regulatory requirements, or work with business owners and end users
• Lead and implement process reengineering initiative according to strategic direction and business plan
• Produce business requirement document and work with technical colleagues or vendors on system specification
• Coordinate and conduct user acceptance testing
• Produce procedure manual and conduct user training
• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure the delivery of the project and task
• Provide production support to business owners and end users
• Degree holder in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems or related disciplines with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in business analysis role in retail banking related systems
• Possess good inter-personal skills with a drive to deliver quality solution, and the ability to build and manage successful relationships with internal and external parties
