Duties

• Monitoring the centralized business processing functions for the Bank, including cheque verifications as well as system enhancement
• Participating and contributing in on-going operation enhancement projects to streamline workflow and provide better support to frontline business units
• Supervise the maintenance of Customer status, reply the Customer Information to the Institution required, Bank Confirmation.         
• Assist in the regular updating of the regulations, rules, and guidelines

Requirements

• Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal, and regulatory
• Familiar with cheque clearing , system enhancement and settlement process will be an advantage
• Management capacity, self-initiated, analytical-minded, and able to handle multi-tasks under tight schedule
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin
• Degree holder with major in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Banking, or related disciplines
• At least 3 years’ experience in Banking or financial industry , experience in operations management at supervisory level is preferred
• Proficient in computer applications (e.g. Lotus Notes, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and Chinese word processing
