Our client, a well-known Bank in Hong Kong, is looking for a high calibre to join the group.

Responsibilities

• Supervise project team and provide effective guidance and coaching to team members;
• Control project schedule and resources to achieve project targets;
• Ensure projects are implemented in accordance with SDLC and adhere to QA standard;
• Contribute in requirement and system analysis to fulfill project needs;
• Manage external vendors and services providers in system delivery;
• Report project progress and issues to management and project stakeholders;
• Act as IT representative to liaise with user departments in identifying and resolving IT needs;
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• University graduate in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Over 15 years’ relevant experience in system development with minimum 3 years’ proven work experience as a team leader or supervisor
• Depth knowledge in System Development Life Cycle and project management methodology;
• Experience in banking business and operation;
• Exposure Risk Management related applications
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English and Chinese/Putonghua
